Use this form to notify us that you are withdrawing from your contract for the Natalore service. We will acknowledge receipt by e-mail without delay, stating the content of your withdrawal and the day and time it was sent.
If your Reading has already been delivered, you can use this same form within 14 days of delivery to ask for the full price back under the satisfaction guarantee (point IX.12 of the Terms): we treat what you send as a guarantee claim. No reason is needed; the guarantee applies once per e-mail address.
You may also notify us of your withdrawal by e-mail, by post or by telephone — no particular form is required.
